How is Air different from traditional cigarettes?
Air is called ``VAPE,'' and it allows you to enjoy inhaling vapor with a variety of flavors and scents, and its unique feature is that you can easily enjoy a variety of flavors.
Unlike traditional cigarettes and heated tobacco, they do not contain any nicotine or tar. There's no cigarette smell at all. Therefore, you won't smell cigarette smoke from your body or get it on your clothes, so even people who don't smoke can enjoy the scent.
Are you worried about passive smoking?
It does not contain nicotine or tar, so there is no need to worry about passive smoking.

About returns
For customers using the rental delivery service, if you check out the next day after receiving the item, please leave it in your room. If you are staying in the same room the next day after receiving the item, our staff will come to your room to collect it after 6:00 p.m. the next day. *The collection time will be adjusted when the item is handed over.
About the place of use
When using the electronic hookahs provided by the rental delivery service, please enjoy them outdoors, such as on a balcony, terrace, or by the pool jacuzzi. *There is a risk that fire alarms may be triggered inside the room, which may cause inconvenience to other guests.

・About smell: Unlike cigarettes, it does not emit smoke that causes unpleasant odors. There is only a slight scent of flavor.
Steam doesn't leave any odor in the surrounding area, so you don't have to worry about the odor on your clothes or hair after smoking. It also has the advantage of not making the room smell like smoke when you smoke indoors.
How should I store it?
Do not store in direct sunlight, high temperature, high humidity, or low temperature.
Also, splashing water on this product or immersing it in water may cause malfunction.
How should I dispose of it after use?
When disposing of the main unit, please follow the regulations of your local government.
Is it effective for quitting smoking?
Air products are only for the purpose of inhaling and enjoying the scent and mist. We believe that some people may be able to quit smoking during the process, but we would like to leave it up to the users to decide how to enjoy it.
Is there any harm/effect on health?

Is there any risk of explosion or accident during use?
There is no risk of explosion.
Is it okay to let the vapor into my lungs?
Unlike cigarettes that are smoked by burning tobacco leaves, Air products contain propylene glycol/vegetable glycerin/flavoring as the main ingredients, so there are no concerns that may arise when smoking tobacco and ingesting it into the lungs. There is no such thing.
How should I care for and clean it?
Air products do not require tedious regular maintenance.
However, for hygiene reasons, always keep the part you touch clean.
About product warranties and returns
It smells burnt, what should I do?
There is a possibility that the product is broken or defective. Please let us know using the inquiry form.
The Air is probably hot, but is it a malfunction?
The steam becomes hot when used for a long time.
If it feels hot, wait a while and try vaping again. If the problem is not resolved even after some time, please let us know using the inquiry form.
Is there a refund if the product is defective?
If the product is covered by the warranty, we will accept exchanges.
Will this void the warranty?
The warranty is void if used with non-genuine products, used for commercial purposes, damaged by wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, or if the product has been accidentally damaged or modified.

Regarding Air shisha error display
If an error message in English appears on your device, please take the following actions.
●SHORT CIRCUIT
If you screw in the flavor pod too tightly, the contacts will short out. Turn it slowly and if the handle vibrates, do not insert it any further.
●PAIRING FAILED
Please contact customer service.
●PLEASE TURN ON
Can only be used when the handle is powered on.
●NO FLAVOR POD
If the flavor pod is not connected properly, it will not vibrate when connected. When this message appears, reconnect the flavor pod until you feel the vibration.
●LOW BATTERY
The handle needs to be charged.
●UNRECOGNIZED
Please contact customer service.
●TIME OUT
The number of uses of flavor pods has been exceeded. Replace with new flavor.
●TEMP TOO HIGH
Leave the unit for a few minutes to cool down until it cools down.
If the electrode is black
The handle electrode is made of copper for good conductivity. If used for a while, there is a possibility that the electrode will darken and lead to poor contact, so wiping the electrode surface several times with a cotton swab or something hard will restore normal operation.
